  • Remove your frozen chicken thighs from the packaging and place in the air fryer. Make sure they are not overcrowded and there is room for them to cook.

  • Spray the tops of your frozen chicken thighs with olive oil. Set the temperature to 180c/360f and the time for 10 minutes. When it beeps after 10 minutes adjust the temperature to 160c/320f and cook for a final 10 minutes.
