Air Fryer Pork Steak. How to cook delicious pork steak in an air fryer. Fat or thin, cheap or expensive, flavoured or plain, pork steak cooks wonderfully in the air fryer and this is how to do it!

Air Fryer Pork Steak Ingredients:


  • Place your air fryer pork steaks into your air fryer grill or air fryer basket, making sure that they are not overlapping.

  • Season with salt and pepper from within the air fryer basket.

  • Close the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • Serve with your favourite pork steak sides.



The pork steaks we used are Portuguese and are called “bifanas”. They are much thinner therefore we had 3 each. But if you have a thicker pork steak you can reduce the portion size.
Because pork carries fat there is no need to add extra virgin olive oil to the pork and it can be seasoned just with salt and pepper.
If your pork steaks are thicker than ours, aim for a 15 minute cook time instead of the 8 minutes we did ours on.
