Air Fryer Biscuits Recipe Ingredients:

Instructions

  • Load into a mixing bowl your flour, seasoning and butter. Rub the fat into the flour until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  • Add in cheese, egg and whole milk and mix with a fork to begin with and then use your hands to make a big biscuit dough ball.
  • Flour a clean worktop and using your rolling pin, roll out and then use biscuit cutters to make into biscuit rounds.
  • Load onto your air fryer grill pan, making sure they are not overlapping and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve warm over stew.

Notes

You can use any brand or type of cheese, just as long as it grates well. We prefer to use cheddar cheese.
You can mix and match the seasonings. I made classic cheese biscuits therefore, I used just salt, pepper, thyme and mustard.
