Instructions

  • Slice your bananas into medium chunks.
  • Load your sliced bananas and frozen strawberries into the blender and blitz until they are smooth.
  • Add in the stevia, quick oats and coconut milk and blend slightly until everything is well mixed.
  • Serve in a bowl with extra strawberries, banana and extra quick oats served on top.

Notes

I reserved about 25g of strawberries, 10g of quick oats and 40g of bananas for on top.
The quick oats I used were my favourite Bobs Red Mill Quick Oats.
You can use stevia, honey, maple syrup, or your own favourite natural sugar.
