Size. Note if you have an air fryer basket you will need one that is the right size to fit in the air fryer basket.
Air Fryer. Time adjustment for the air fryer oven. Firstly, cook on the top shelf of the air fryer oven. We used a 1 kilo (2.5 bigger) frozen lasagna in the air fryer oven and as you can imagine takes much longer. Cook for 20 minutes at 120c/250f, followed by another 25 minutes at 170c/340f. Then check to make sure it is piping hot in the centre.
Variety. You can use any homemade or shop bought lasagne that has been placed in the freezer until frozen. You could also use a vegetarian or keto version.
Defrost. We also found that using a very low defrost temperature stops the lasagna from being overcooked on top and not cooked in the middle.
