Flourless Air Fryer Onion Rings. How to make air fryer onion rings from scratch that are gluten free, healthy and flourless.
Air Fryer Onion Rings Recipe Ingredients:
Place into a bowl your eggs and garlic puree and using a fork beat the eggs.
Place into a second bowl your oat flour along with salt, pepper and mustard.
Blend your gluten free bread rolls and place into a third bowl along with the rest of your seasonings.
Make sure each bowl is well mixed with its seasonings.
Slice your onion into rings.
Place each of your onion rings into the oat flour bowl, the egg bowl and the breadcrumbs bowl until it is well mixed.
Shake off any excess batter and place your onion rings into your air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes at 200c/400f and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
If you want to add parmesan, then add 50g worth to your breadcrumbs bowl.
If you want your onion rings to have a bigger crunch to them, then adjust the cooking time from 6 minutes to 8 minutes.
