Air Fryer Ham
Air Fryer Ham. The ultimate guide showing you how to cook your favourite ham in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick ham roast dinner without the effort, but with the maximum flavour. Once you cook air fryer ham in either your air fryer basket or air fryer oven, there is no going back.
Air Fryer Ham Ingredients:
Remove the fat from the ham with a sharp knife. Score the ham joint with cube like scores.
Mix in a bowl your honey, garlic and mustard until the honey is slightly sticky and well mixed into the mustard.
Smother your ham in your marinade, making sure plenty goes into your scored sections.
Feed your ham onto the rod skewers and place them into your air fryer oven. Cook for 25 minutes at 200c/400f followed by a further 25 minutes at 170c/340f.
Remove the rod and slice your ham.
Ham can be over salty, so you don’t need to add extra salt to the ham before cooking it.
A good indicator of heat (instead of a thermometer) is how hot the inside rod of your rotisserie is on touch.
We use garlic, honey and mustard but you can mix up your air fryer ham with your favourite flavours.
