Air Fryer Turkey Burger Ingredients:


  • Chop everything into medium chunks so that everything will be easy to mix. You don’t want any huge pieces of Yorkshire Pudding or big chunks of turkey. Add everything to a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight to completely cool.
  • Add in any extras such as cheese or breadcrumbs.
  • Using your hands mush everything together so that it forms an enormous meatball.
  • Shape into turkey burger shapes and place back in the fridge for a further hour or you can add to freezer bags for the freezer.
  • Place your turkey burgers in the air fryer grill pan (up to 4 at a time) and cook for 18 minutes at 200c/400f.
  • Serve with burger garnish inside crusty bread rolls.
