Instant Pot Salmon And Broccoli

Instant Pot Salmon And Broccoli. Salmon and broccoli in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker is one of my all time favourite Instant Pot lunches. Delicious, healthy and perfect for lazy lunches.

Instructions

  • Place 160ml of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot Pressure cooker.
  • Chop your broccoli into florets and season both the broccoli and the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Place both the salmon and the broccoli into your Instant Pot Steamer Basket. Lower your steamer basket into the Instant Pot.
  • Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing and press steam for 2 minutes.
  • Use quick pressure release to manually release pressure after 2 minutes of natural pressure release and serve.

Notes

Remember our portion sizes are small as we have them for a small lunch. Therefore, if you wanted to double the size then please add an extra minute to your cooking time.
