  • Season your pork chops with the bouquet garni, oregano, pork seasoning and salt and pepper.
  • Place the pork chops on your grill pan and place your grill pan inside of your air fryer.
  • Peel your garlic cloves and fit them in the spaces around your pork chops.
  • Cook the pork chops and garlic for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve with your favourite pork chop sides.

Notes

We recommend the use of an Air Fryer Grill Pan in this recipe. It is fantastic for making grilled food in your air fryer and is very easy to clean up afterwards. We also recommend Butcher Box for sourcing your heritage pork chops.
Our pork chops are thin cut, adjust your time to 15 minutes for a thicker cut of Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops.
