Jerk Barbecue Sauce:

  • Open your pack of chicken wings and add the tablespoon of dry jerk rub to the wings and toss until well coated.
  • Place the chicken wings in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • While they are cooking prep the barbecue sauce and mix all the barbecue sauce ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
  • Coat your just cooked jerk chicken wings in the barbecue sauce and serve with ketchup if desired.

We have kids so don’t use that much jerk seasoning, but you’re welcome to increase the amount of jerk seasoning depending on how spicy you like your food.
You can also cook more chicken wings in the air fryer, we were just having them as a snack for lunch when we cooked them.
