Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen Breaded Fish Fillets
  • 750 g Frozen Oven Chips

  • Place your oven chips into the air fryer basket and gently place your breaded fish fillets on top.
  • Cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • When the air fryer beeps, using a spatula remove the frozen fish from the air fryer and put to one side.
  • Shake the frozen chips in the air fryer and add the fish back in, but on the other side.
  • Cook for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature.
  • Serve warm with mushy peas.

You can use any breaded frozen fish fillets that you have. We used Waitrose but there are many brands available that its best to pick your favourite. Our breaded fish fillets were plaice, but any frozen white fish is fine. For example, cod and haddock are good options.
We used McCain Oven Chips. They carry a lot less oil than other brands and best of all they look like the chunky chips you get in a fish and chip shop restaurant. If you want to cook chips on their own then do read our air fryer frozen oven chips recipe.
