Air Fryer Roasted Garlic. Using simple every day ingredients and you have delicious perfectly roasted garlic in the air fryer. Once cooked you can store your roasted garlic in the fridge for each time you need roasted garlic for an air fryer recipe.
Place your garlic bulbs onto a small sheet of silver foil. Slice the tops off with a vegetable knife.
Season with oregano, salt, and pepper and rub the naked part of the bulbs in extra virgin olive oil.
Seal the silver foil packet tightly. Place the silver foil packet inside the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes on 180c/360f.
Once it beeps check on it to see how far along it is. Place it back in the air fryer without wrapping it tight so that the garlic is resting on the silver foil. Cook for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.
When it beeps allow to cool and then squeeze out the garlic from the cloves and keep in the fridge for later.
