Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs on a chopping board. Season well with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Place the garlic, soy sauce, Worcester sauce into the Instant Pot inner pot along with the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Stir well.
Add in the boneless skinless chicken thighs and mix well making sure the chicken is thoroughly coated.
Marinate inside the inner pot of the Instant Pot in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place the inner pot back in the Instant Pot and place the lid on the Instant Pot. Set the valve to sealing and cook for 6 minutes on manual pressure.
Use quick pressure release and serve.

If your fridge isn’t big enough you can marinate in a regular bowl. But doing so in the Instant Pot saves on washing up!
