Perfectly cooked instant pot turnips. Using the instant pot pressure cooker, we are going to show you an easy method to pressure cook turnips.

  • 7 Medium Turnips
  • 1 Tsp Dried Herbs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Butter optional

Instructions

  • Let’s get cooking turnip! Place 1.5 cups (360ml) of water into your instant pot. Then add your steamer basket ready for loading up with turnips.

  • Next peel and dice your turnip into medium cubes and load them into the steamer basket.

  • Season the turnips with salt and pepper and some mixed herbs and then add the lid, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook turnip for 3 minutes followed by a quick pressure release.
