Make the pumpkin tortillas just like you would with regular wraps just substituting less butter and less milk for pumpkin puree. Then cook them in a frying pan like you normally would.
Prepare the chips – brush oil on one side of each of the 6 tortilla wraps. Then stack them and cut into tortilla chip shapes. Arrange them on the grill pan for your Airfryer and sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Air fry at 200c/400f for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with pumpkin puree dipping sauce.
Notes
Use whatever your favourite pumpkin pie seasonings are. Here in Portugal we can’t get pumpkin pie spice, so instead we use nutmeg with mixed spice.You could make whatever flavour tortilla chips that you wanted, based on whatever ingredients you had in. My original tortilla wraps recipe makes 6 wraps.This is the amount we used to make them into Tortilla Chips. Depending on how many you wanted you could increase/decrease this recipe.
