Air Fryer Chinese Kebabs & Rice

Welcome to my Chinese Kebabs and Rice that is cooked to perfection in my favourite toy, otherwise known as my Air Fryer! I have been a Chinese food addict for years.

Instructions

  • Firstly make your egged fried rice. Boil your Chinese rice in a pan and once it is cooked at the same Chinese seasoning as used in the kebab, add a hard boiled egg and mix it well.
  • To make the kebabs place the second half of the seasoning in a mixing bowl. Add the onion and mince and mix well.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and form into sausage shapes.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer for 20 minutes on a 180c heat.

Notes

Instead of rice you can serve them up with chips or with a salad. Just as nice and then it can all be cooked from the one Air Fryer.
