Instructions

  • Peel and dice the garlic and place it in the soup maker.
  • Remove the flesh from the avocados and add it to the soup maker.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend in the soup maker
  • Serve!

Notes

I am the queen of garlic and I am really addicted to it, so if you don’t like as much garlic as me then reduce it. I find for a good rule one clove per avocado works best as remember the garlic is not cooked so the flavour can be stronger.
