The Best Garlic King Prawn Zoodles

Welcome to the best garlic king prawn zoodles recipe. If you have read Recipe This for a while you’ll know that I am a fishermans grandaughter and that my Grandad would go out and catch fish and seafood in the North Sea for many decades.

Instructions

  • Using your spiralizer make your courgettes into zoodles and put to one side.
  • In a wok add the onion, garlic and ginger. Cook on a medium heat with the olive oil until the onions are golden.
  • Add the courgette zoodles and seasoning and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Toss in the tomatoes and prawns and cook for a further 2 minutes and then serve!

Notes

I like mine with lots of garlic so if you are not a huge garlic addict like me then I suggest you reduce it a little.
