In a bowl mix together coconut milk with garlic puree and the seasoning for three minutes or until it is all mixed well.
Put in the fridge overnight and then use the next day.

To get the best results fridge it overnight so that it has the chance to go hard. It also remains at the same texture so unlike butter you don’t have to leave it out in the sun for it to melt enough to spread on your bread.For a spicy version add a teaspoon of ginger puree as well.
