Instructions

  • Place everything in the slow cooker apart from the chopped up chicken. Mix it well with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the chicken pieces, mix it well and place the lid on your slow cooker. Cook for 3 hours on high, or 7 hours on low.
  • Serve with a salad or some mash.

Notes

For us we love to buy a whole chicken and then chop it up. We will then have it made into 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. It is a lot more economical than buying everything separately and you would be amazed how far a really small chicken can stretch. If you don’t know how to chop up a chicken then read this tutorial.
