Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your Airfryer to 200c.
  • Mix the plain flour and the seasoning in a bowl.
  • Pour in the egg (a bit at a time) stirring gradually until the egg is all added.
  • Add the milk a bit at a time and stir regularly until you have a mixture that is the thickness of a batter. Beat well until it forms bubbles on the top.
  • Place a little olive oil in your Yorkshire Pudding dish and place in the Airfryer for 5 minutes or until smoking.
  • Pour your mixture (1/2 way up your container) and place back in the Airfryer and cook at 200c for 15 minutes.

Notes

The cooking time depends on how big your containers are and these recipes are based on a medium size Yorkshire Pudding. You can of course adjust for smaller or bigger ones. It is also important that your containers are sturdy otherwise when it is cooking the air will cause it to move and it will be an Airfryer disaster!
