Peel your sweet potatoes and chop them into the shape of wedges.
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 180c.
In a mixing bowl add all your seasonings and mix well. Add your potato wedges, toss in the seasonings until they are well covered.
Place the potato wedges into the air fryer, toss in olive oil and cook for 20 minutes. Shake them every 5 minutes until they are cooked.
Once they are cooked serve with a thousand island dip and sprinkle with a little extra chilli powder.

Dominic has never liked sweet potatoes and just puts up with it because I do. Well in this recipe he actually really liked it, so I might have finally sold him the sweet potato love!Sweet potatoes can vary in shape and size depending on the time of year. For portion sizes just aim for 2-3 big ones and if they are small just increase the amount of them you use.
