Peel and dice your potatoes. Place them in the Airfryer and sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil over them. Cook for 10 minutes at 180c.
Remove the fat from your bacon and cut into bacon bits.
When the Airfryer has finished, shake the chips and add the bacon. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
Give them a shake, add another teaspoon of olive oil, adjust the temperature to 200c and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Serve.

Please note to make this Syn Free you need to be following the original version of Slimming World where a tablespoon of olive oil is 1 healthy extra B. As we use just 2 teaspoons of it this recipe works out at 1/3 HEB for the oil per person. Or you can Syn the olive oil at 2 Syns per person. Then a further ¼ of a HEA for the cheese.Remember portion control. No more than 1 medium potato for each person you are serving. We weighed out our chopped chips and one medium potato = 150g.We used 4 rashers of back bacon. We removed the fat bits and it worked out at a total weight of 100g. So if you think bacon = 1/3 of the amount of potatoes.
