Instructions

  • In a blender place your yoghurt, cheese and stevia and blend until it has a lovely whipped texture.
  • Add to it the food colouring and chopped up strawberries and fridge for an hour and then serve.

Notes

I added vanilla to mine at the same time as the food colouring. It worked out at 25% of one Syn for ½ a teaspoon.
If it is not thick enough add some extra natural yoghurt or a little more soft cheese.
I also suggest pureeing ½ of the strawberries and stirring them into your mixture. If you do this you will need extra natural yoghurt so that the mixture is not too thin. Though please note pureed strawberries need to be counted as Syns.
However if you are wanting something that is Syn free when you have been bad then just do it in the way I have suggested to keep it Syn free as it is nice on its own.
This recipe is enough for four people and with it using 4 HEAs for the whole lot it works out at just 1HEA per person.
