Whole 30 Crispy Airfryer Coconut Prawns

Instructions

  • Clean your prawns and lay them out on a chopping board.
  • Using a blender blend the granola until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  • Add to the blender all the seasonings along with the lime and the coconut milk and whizz around the blender one last time.
  • In a bowl crack in your egg and beat it well with a fork.
  • Holding your prawns by the tail, dip into the egg, then into the batter one by one.
  • When they are all done line a baking sheet in the bottom of the Airfryer with your prawns.
  • Cook for 18 minutes at 180c.
  • Serve with my Paleo ranch dressing.

Notes

For best results use uncooked king prawns. They cook very similarly to when you use raw chicken breast and are so easy.
We use light coconut milk in this recipe as it is thinner and works well for wetting the batter and making it stick well to the prawns.
