Welcome to our Airfryer Cheesy Chicken Sandwich recipe. This is the September in season Podcast recipe and we wanted something that was loaded up with chicken that we could put quickly in the Airfryer and this idea sprang to mind.

- Airfryer
- Airfryer Grill Pan
- 4 Slices Wholemeal Bread
- 2 Large Chicken Strips
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Tarragon
- Salt & Pepper
Notes
To me a chicken strip is when you buy chicken breast that is flattened out and is about half the thickness of a regular chicken breast. It then cooks quicker but tastes just as good and is often half the price. If you don’t have chicken strips then using a vegetable knife half the height of your chicken so that you have 2 pieces.
