Firstly, make your crumble topping. Place all crumble ingredients into a bowl and using your fingertips rub the fat into the flour, oats and sugar until you have a mixture that resembles breadcrumbs and then put to one side.
Slice the plums and discard the stones. Place the plum chunks into ramekins, spreading them out and filling to almost the brim. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the fruit in each ramekin followed by a drizzle of golden syrup. Air fry for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
When the air fryer beeps add the crumble mixture over the plums and then air fry for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature or until crispy and golden to your liking.
