Air Fryer Plum Crumble

Ingredients

  • 6 Plums
  • 4 Tsp Granulated Sugar for sprinkling
  • 4 Tbsp Golden Syrup

Crumble Topping

Instructions

  • Firstly, make your crumble topping. Place all crumble ingredients into a bowl and using your fingertips rub the fat into the flour, oats and sugar until you have a mixture that resembles breadcrumbs and then put to one side.
    How To Make Plum Crumble?
  • Slice the plums and discard the stones. Place the plum chunks into ramekins, spreading them out and filling to almost the brim. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the fruit in each ramekin followed by a drizzle of golden syrup. Air fry for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
    How To Make Plum Crumble?
  • When the air fryer beeps add the crumble mixture over the plums and then air fry for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature or until crispy and golden to your liking.

Syrup. You can swap golden syrup for maple syrup or honey.
