My all time favourite chicken to air fry is air fryer boneless skinless chicken thighs. They are so good that me & Dom could eat them everyday for dinner forever and never get bored of how juicy and delicious they are.

  • Place boneless and skinless chicken thighs onto a plate and spray with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper and then cajun seasoning until the chicken thighs are well coated.

  • Place the chicken thighs into the air fryer basket and air fry for 25 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • When the air fryer beeps do a thermometer test to make sure they have reached an internal temperature of 70c/165f or above. Then serve with salsa.

Quantity. We have the Philips XL and can fit 8 boneless thighs in at once. If yours is smaller you can do it in batches.
