How to make at McChicken sandwich at home in the air fryer. Loaded with lettuce and mayonnaise just like McDonalds its fantastic for an easy prep, delicious air fryer chicken breast sandwich.

Instructions

  • Set up your production line with a flour bowl, beaten egg bowl and breadcrumbs bowl.

  • Pound your chicken breasts by adding them to a Ziploc bag and banging them with a rolling pin to flatten them out.

  • Then use a large cookie cutter to cut the chicken breast into rounds.

Bowls. You will need enough flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs to bread 4 pieces of chicken breast. I usually crack about 4 eggs and then use some breadcrumb supplies from the freezer.
Juice. The dill pickle juice is the liquid in the jar of gherkins and you just need a little to flavour some mayo with.
