Let’s cook frozen butternut squash cubes in the air fryer. In this frozen butternut squash recipe, we will be showing you how easy it is to roast butternut squash in the air fryer.
Remove frozen butternut squash cubes from the packaging and load into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12 minutes at 160c/320f.
When the air fryer beeps, place butternut squash into a bowl with seasonings and extra virgin olive oil.
Then remove excess water from bottom of the air fryer unit.
Then back to the bowl. Mix in seasonings and extra virgin olive oil with your hands or a spoon.
Load butternut squash back into the air fryer basket and cook for a further 6 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
