Place your leftover fish and chips into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6 minutes at 160c/320f, followed by a further 2 minutes at 180c/360f to crisp them up. Serve with salt and vinegar.
Load fishcakes into the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes at 160c/320f.
Add a layer of foil to your Ninja Foodi or other air fryer and then add in the scraps. Air fry for 3 minutes at 200c/400f to crisp them up.
Add leftover chips into the air fryer basket and air fry for 4 minutes at 160c/320f.
Or for the microwave option add your leftover chips and scraps onto a plate and load into the microwave. Microwave for 90 seconds or until piping hot.
