  • 1 Whole Black Tilapia
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves sliced
  • 2 Tsp Fresh Curly Parsley
  • 2 Tsp Fresh Dill
  • 2 Tsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Dried Dill Tops

  • Check that your whole fish has clear eyes, has been gutted and scaled.
