Air Fryer Halloumi Fajitas

Delicious perfectly cooked air fryer halloumi fajitas. Loaded with sliced halloumi, peppers, red onion, and fajitas seasoning, it’s the easiest fajitas you will ever make.

  • Slice your peppers, red onion, and halloumi lengthways. Season your peppers and onion with salt and pepper, but don’t season the halloumi.

  • Add peppers, onion, extra virgin olive oil, fajitas seasoning to a bowl and mix well. Gradually and gently add in the halloumi and mix well too, being careful it doesn’t break.

  • Load into the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.

Notes

Make Ahead. You can also make ahead your halloumi fajitas and then just air fry them when you are ready.
Flimsy. Note that halloumi is rather flimsy and breaks really easy. That’s why I recommend adding in the halloumi gradually and being really gentle with it.
Salt. Halloumi is high salt. I recommend you add salt and pepper to everything but the halloumi.
