  • 625 g Pack Frozen Mini Corn On The Cob
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

Instructions

  • Place your frozen corn into a Ziploc bag.

  • Add butter and seasoning.

  • Add one tablespoon of water and then seal the Ziploc bag and make sure it is free of air.

  • Give it a good shake and make sure the water, seasoning and butter is well mixed around the corn.

  • Place in the microwave, making sure that has remained sealed as you don’t want the butter leaking out or it failing to steam.

  • Then microwave for 9 minutes or until piping hot.

  • Then add corn holders and serve.

Notes

Optional – I love my frozen corn on the cob with melted butter, but it is totally optional. You can leave this ingredient out.
Quantity – You can do as few or as many frozen mini corns as will fit in your Ziploc bag. As it was just for three of us, I just microwaved 5 at once and then the rest remained in our freezer.
