Introducing you to homemade rolo yoghurt in the instant pot. The best tasting instant pot yoghurt you will ever try. Only four simple ingredients are needed, and you will be making this caramel yoghurt time and time again.
Load your yogurt into the instant pot along with 1/8 of the milk. Whisk until well mixed and starting to froth.
Pour in the rest of the milk and whisk until frothy like milk from a coffee shop.
Place the lid on the instant pot and no need to set to sealing. Press the yogurt setting and make sure the time is set to 8 hours, if not press the + or – until you have 8 hours and then press start.
After 8 hours and it has beeped, remove from the instant pot, and make sure you don’t stir. Then cover with its silicone lid and place in the fridge for a further 8 hours to chill.
Place a colander over a bowl and then add kitchen towel. Then pour your yoghurt over the kitchen towel. Then leave it for an hour for the excess water to drain away from the yoghurt.
After it has chilled and been strained, stir and load ¼ of your yogurt into a bowl and mix it up with 2 packets of crushed rolos and ½ the toffee sauce.
In your yogurt jar add swirls of the toffee sauce around the edges like you are making a homemade McFlurry and then add in your stirred rolo yogurt. Load into the fridge and chill for an extra 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
