Notes

Dump – I love that gyozas are a dump and start air fryer recipe. No need to turn them during cooking and when it beeps, they are done.
Spray – Spraying with extra virgin olive oil is 100% optional. I find that you get a light crisp on them without, but you might prefer them more crispy than we do.
