Peel and the bananas and crack the eggs into the blender. Add your cinnamon and blend on the pulse until smooth.
Spray your ramekins with extra virgin olive oil.
Pour the souffle batter into the ramekins and place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
Serve quickly before the souffles start to fall.
