Dehydrated Watermelon In Air Fryer

Dehydrated Watermelon. Let me show you how easy it is to dehydrate watermelon at home using the dehydrator setting on your air fryer.

  • 1 Medium Watermelon

Instructions

  • Cut your whole watermelon into quarters. Then medium slice your melon quarter into similar slices.

  • Remove the skin from the watermelon slices doing one at a time.

  • Place the watermelon onto your air fryer oven trays and spread out making sure none are on top of one another.

  • Place in the air fryer oven on the top shelf (or use all shelves) and air fry for 7 hours at 55c/130f. Allow to cool before transferring to storage containers for later.

Notes

Setting. Note that the Power Air Fryer Oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 55c and then adjust the cook time.
Seeds. Watermelon is delicious dehydrated with seeds, don’t feel like you have to remove all the seeds unless you wanted to.
