  • Tie your chicken legs together with some string.

  • Rub extra virgin olive oil into the skin and then season with chicken seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the whole chicken breast down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 30 minutes at 180c/360f.

  • When it beeps, turn the chicken over so that breast side is up and add a little extra virgin olive oil and seasoning and cook for a further 30 minutes on the same temperature.

Variations. You can also mix it up and do a pressure cooked whole chicken, or pressure cook and then air fry.
Optional. You can use any seasoning you like. You could use taco seasoning, rotisserie seasoning, or keep it simple with oregano and salt and pepper.
