Ninja Foodi Brown Rice. Learn how to cook rice in ninja foodi. This recipe for ninja foodi rice is easy, quick, flavoursome, and addictive. I will also share with you what extras to add in, how to transform plain rice into seasoned rice and my magical rice ingredient.
Peel and dice your onion and sauté with extra virgin olive oil in the Ninja cooking pot until the onions start to soften. Add the garlic and teaspoon of butter. Add white wine and stir.
Add in seasonings. Rinse your brown rice and load into the cooking pot with 2.5 cups of water (600ml). Stir well. Place the pressure cooker lid on your Ninja Foodi and set the time to 18 minutes and press pressure cook.
When the Ninja Foodi beeps, give the rice a 5 minute natural pressure release, before releasing the rest of the pressure. Fluff up your rice.
Load the rice into a serving dish and cut up your tablespoon of butter into tiny pieces and scatter around the rice until it melts in. Serve.

Notes
Oil. I always recommend sauteing an onion or some mushrooms prior to adding the rice. This gives the cooking pot an oily texture and will stop the rice from sticking to the pot and make cleaning easier afterwards.Ratio. Note that the ratio is 1 cup of rice to 1.25 cups of liquid to make rice. You can expand this and do 2 cups of rice to 2.5 cups of water or 3 cups of rice to 3.75 cups of water.Grams. If you prefer to weigh your rice, 2 cups of rice = 400g.Thanks for reading Ninja Foodi Rice on Recipe This. We have many more Ninja Foodi recipes for you to check out next.
