  • Peel and slice your sweet potatoes into fries. Load your sweet potato fries into a bowl with your seasonings and extra virgin olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly mix them.

  • Load the sweet potato fries into the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 160c/320f. Shake the air fryer basket and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
