Air Fryer Carrot Chips. Or as you might call them where you live air fryer carrot fries. Delicious when cooked in the air fryer, tossed in maple syrup, and served with parmesan cheese, this is the best way to cook air fryer carrots.

Instructions

  • Slice and dice your carrots into chips/fries and give them a quick wash.

  • Mix the carrots in a bowl with the seasoning and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.

WW. We love to have our carrot fries with maple syrup and parmesan cheese. If you follow Weight Watchers or Slimming World then leave out these ingredients.
Swaps. Maple syrup can be swapped for honey, or balsamic vinegar. Either one of these three works very well on air fryer carrot chips.
