  • Grab your sweet potatoes and peel and slice into sweet potato fries.
    How To Cook Sweet Potato Fries In Ninja Foodi?
  • Place in a bowl your seasonings, your avocado oil, and your prepped sweet potatoes. Using your hands toss the sweet potatoes so that they are well coated in seasoning and in oil. Load into the air fryer basket.

  • Place the air fryer lid on the Ninja Foodi, press the air fryer button twice, until it registers 200c and then move the temperature down to read 160c/320f. Set the time to 20 minutes and press start. When it beeps, give the air fryer basket a shake and then cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.

Oil. I prefer my sweet potato fries with avocado oil. Though you can swap the avocado for extra virgin olive oil if you prefer.
