  • Load sliced banana, a can of coconut milk and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add in any extra ingredients such as frozen fruit and blend again.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve.

Notes

You can also use our coconut milk popsicle recipe for a refreshing summer smoothie or load into a tub for frozen paleo ice cream.
I like to add berries to my popsicle, but you can also have it plain like this recipe.
