Air Fryer Frozen Scallops

Delicious, perfectly cooked, air fryer frozen scallops. Raw scallops are cooked from frozen in the air fryer with lemon and garlic for the ultimate air fryer light lunch recipe.

Air Fryer Frozen Scallops Ingredients:

  • 500 g Frozen Raw Scallops
  • 2 Lemons
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Remove the frozen scallops from the packaging, discarding any excess liquid and then place into the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper. Load up the air fryer with peeled garlic cloves, chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Seasoning. Its best to keep it simple with scallops as it’s all about the flavour of the seafood. Season with salt and pepper, then add a little fresh parsley.
