Air Fryer Broccoli & Cauliflower Ingredients:

Instructions

  • Pour a cup of water into your instant pot inner pot.
  • Add in your steamer basket and load up your steamer basket with frozen cauliflower and broccoli.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for zero minutes.
  • Quickly release pressure when it beeps and load your drained frozen broccoli and cauliflower into the air fryer basket.
  • Season with more salt and pepper.
  • Spray with extra virgin olive oil to help crisp up the veggies.
  • Cook for 8 minutes on 180c/360f.
  • Serve.

Notes

If the broccoli and cauliflower is not crispy enough for you, cook for a further 2-4 minutes on 200c/400f until it hits your desired crunch.
If you like parmesan add it for the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Make sure you are quick when manually releasing pressure and that you remove the florets from the instant pot straight away. Otherwise the veg will continue to cook and you will end up with mushy not roasted vegetables.
Aim for big broccoli florets as broccoli takes slightly less time to cook than cauliflower.
You can cook more broccoli and cauliflower than what we have mentioned above. Just adjust the servings but keep the cook time the same.
