Instructions

  • Pour a cup of water into your instant pot inner pot. Add in your steamer basket and load up your steamer basket with frozen broccoli. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for zero minutes.
  • Quickly release pressure when it beeps and load your drained frozen broccoli into the air fryer basket.
  • Season with more salt and pepper. Spray with extra virgin olive oil to help crisp up the broccoli.
  • Cook for 6 minutes on 180c/360f. Serve.

Notes

If the broccoli is not crispy enough for you, cook for a further 2-4 minutes on 200c/400f until it hits your desired crunch.
If you like parmesan on your broccoli add it for the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
