  • Toss your frozen green beans in your favourite seasoning and place in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes at 160c/320f.

  • When the air fryer beeps spray with extra virgin olive oil and cook for a further 3-5 minutes until crispy.

Notes

Seasoning. We used Italian Seasoning as our choice of flavour for our green beans fries. BUT you can use whatever you like. My favourite is with Garam Masala, but its all about personal choice.
Thawed. Reduce the time from 10 minutes to 8 minutes if your green beans are NOT frozen.
Oil. I have also done my green beans without oil too. If you want oil free note that they will be just as delicious but will not be crispy. Or an alternative is to toss the green beans in a little butter after cooking.
Cooked. If you want your green beans just cooked and without oil and butter, then stop at the first 10 minutes and they are just like steamed green beans.
