Air Fryer Roasted Garlic. Using simple every day ingredients and you have delicious perfectly roasted garlic in the air fryer. Once cooked you can store your roasted garlic in the fridge for each time you need roasted garlic for an air fryer recipe.

  • Place your garlic bulbs onto a small sheet of silver foil. Slice the tops off with a vegetable knife.

  • Season with oregano, salt, and pepper and rub the naked part of the bulbs in extra virgin olive oil.

  • Seal the silver foil packet tightly. Place the silver foil packet inside the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes on 180c/360f.

Oil. When you cook roasted garlic in the oven, it always calls for a lot of extra virgin olive oil. All you need is a couple of teaspoons in the air fryer. Though if you prefer you can go oil free.
Foil. In the UK it is always referred to as silver foil, though in the US you will know it as aluminium foil.
Quantities. You can do as many or as few bulbs as you like. We will often do just one.
